Health and Safety Information

Love and Unity Festival is committed to creating a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all attendees, artists, staff, families, and community members.

By entering the festival grounds, all attendees agree to follow festival policies, posted signage, staff instructions, and applicable laws to help ensure a positive experience for everyone.

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are not permitted and may result in immediate removal from the event without refund:

• Profane, hateful, or offensive language or imagery including on clothing or personal items
• Excessive intoxication or behavior indicating impairment
• Possession, use, or distribution of illegal drugs
• Bringing prohibited or restricted items onto festival grounds
• Throwing objects, liquids, or substances
• Harassing, abusive, threatening, or disruptive behavior
• Unauthorized access to stages, production zones, or restricted areas
• Public nudity, indecent exposure, or urination outside designated restrooms
• Sexual activity in public areas
• Physical fighting or threatening conduct
• Damage, vandalism, theft, or destruction of property
• Fraudulent claims or misuse of Accessibility (ADA) accommodations
• Blocking fire lanes, emergency routes, or pedestrian walkways
• Violation of any local, state, or federal law

Festival management reserves the right to determine appropriate enforcement at its discretion. Individuals or groups involved in prohibited conduct may have their wristbands revoked, be removed from the property, and may be subject to law enforcement action. Associated vehicles may be towed. No refunds will be issued if a guest is removed from the event.

Public Safety and Security

The safety of our guests is a top priority. Love and Unity Festival works in coordination with professional security teams, medical providers, and public safety agencies.

Security measures may include:

• Bag checks
• Walk through metal detectors
• Visual inspections
• Other safety procedures deemed necessary

All attendees, staff, and performers are subject to screening upon entry.

Please arrive early and review the Prohibited Items List before arriving. Items not permitted inside the festival must be returned to vehicles or disposed of prior to entry.

In the event of an emergency, information may be communicated through stage announcements, video screens, audio systems, on site staff, and official festival communications.

If you need assistance or notice something concerning, notify a staff member or security personnel immediately.

Medical Services

On site medical services including Basic Life Support (BLS) will be available throughout the festival grounds.

Medical tents will be clearly marked on festival maps and staffed by trained professionals.

If you or someone near you feels unwell or injured, please visit the nearest medical tent or alert a staff member. Our medical teams are here to help.

Smoking Areas

Love and Unity Festival is a family friendly event. Smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic smoking devices are only permitted in designated smoking areas.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking or vaping is prohibited in performance areas, kids zones, food and vendor areas, restrooms, walkways, and near stages
• Designated smoking areas will be clearly marked on festival maps and signage
• Smoking is not permitted inside enclosed or covered spaces
• Smoking materials must be fully extinguished in provided receptacles
• Littering cigarette butts or smoking materials on the ground is not permitted

Use of illegal substances is prohibited anywhere on festival grounds.

Failure to comply with smoking policies may result in warnings, relocation, or removal from the event without refund.

Health Conditions and Public Guidelines

The festival will operate in accordance with all applicable public health regulations and guidelines in effect at the time of the event.

Requirements may change based on guidance from government agencies, public health authorities, artists, or event organizers.

Health and safety measures may include:

• Entry procedures
• Capacity limitations
• Health screenings

Failure to comply with health guidelines or festival policies may result in denied entry or removal without refund.

Health Risk Acknowledgement

Attendance at Love and Unity Festival is voluntary. All attendees are encouraged to assess their personal health conditions and risks before attending.

By entering the festival grounds, attendees acknowledge that participation in a public event carries inherent risks including exposure to communicable illnesses.

Attendees voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to follow all festival rules, posted instructions, and health guidelines while on site.
